Omaha City Council meeting 3/29/22

I spoke today before the Omaha City Council in support of an amendment that would put a check on the authority of the city health director. But what I sought to emphasize to the council is that a bigger picture perspective is needed--one that involves common sense, critical thinking, and upholding one's oath.
